Do you accept returns?
Eligible returns must be made within 30 days of the date of purchase. Before returning any items, please email us at info@hiclarity.ca so we can assist you in this process.
What is an eligible return?
Returned products must be sealed and cannot be tampered with in any way. As our products are health food consumables and regulated by the appropriate Canadian or U.S. authorities with full transparency of the product ingredients shown on our website, we are unable to process returns due to flavour or consistency.
Please include a copy of your original order confirmation with your return so we know who is making the return.
How do I get a return label?
Please note, any shipping costs incurred with the return are the sole responsibility of the person(s) returning the items.
A restocking fee of 15% will be deducted from the total order value before any refund will be issued. This fee is to help cover our cost of shipping the order to you.
My order was damaged during delivery, what can I do?
Upon receiving your order please ensure you check all the products thoroughly for any damage or compromises in the packaging. In the rare occurrence that your order was damaged during shipping, please email info@hiclarity.ca within 24 hours with your order number and photos to show any damages so we can assist your claim.
Upon inspection, if we can determine the shipment has been damaged, we will send a replacement product and arrange to have the damaged goods shipped back to us.
Please do not dispose of any packing or product unless we have advised to do so. Our shipping provider will have to be notified initiating a claim to processed with them and they may require additional information on the damages. If this is not adhered to your claim maybe voided.
